The "Blue Chairs Hotel" is NO LONGER being run by the gay guys from Atlanta & has reverted back to the owner who we'll just say is NOT part of the "community" & I'll just leave it at that (do what YOU feel is right for YOU with this info).   We are NOT working with this property!!   We hear the Atlanta group is working on other potential options so once they've actually moved in to somethng, we'll keep you posted.   G1 - Boana Torre Malibu is the closest gay property to the GREEN CHAIRS (where most people we know hang out at).
